Podiatrist – Brett Carrier – Online Bookings Available

We are fortunate to have Brett Carrier as our Podiatrist at Kersbrook.

Brett is passionate about providing excellent patient centred care. Through his work in both public and private practice, Brett has developed a skill set in providing effective, affordable and evidence based care for his patients. Brett is experienced in all areas of Podiatry, and is particularly interested in management and prevention of diabetic foot complications, management of foot and ankle musculoskeletal pathologies, surgical management of ingrown toe nails and skin lesions, and paediatric conditions, including screening for neurological and developmental issues in children. Brett also consults at Modbury Hospital working as an amputee rehab Podiatrist, and at Lyell McEwin Hospital working in the multi-disciplinary foot clinic for complex high risk feet, and working with Orthopaedic specialists in the management of complex foot and ankle conditions. In his free time Brett is passionate about music, and plays guitar and piano.

WHAT IS A PODIATRIST?

Podiatrists are Allied Health foot and ankle specialists. Podiatrists are employed by hospitals and privately to treat a number of foot and ankle conditions, from common skin and nail pathologies and sports injuries to complex foot ulcerations and amputations. Due to Podiatry’s wide scope of practice people of all ages can require Podiatry management, from infants to the elderly. Brett is experienced in all aspects of Podiatry, and no problem is too great or small to help.
